​1. All bookings are non-refundable but in extreme cases can be transferred to another date, at the discretion of Beki Burns, owner of Pure Harmony Mind Body & Spirit (Pure Harmony MBS).

2. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have adequate Skype or Facetime connection. Pure Harmony MBS has takes no respoinsibilty if the client cannot hear or see the session, and will not provide a refund.

3. It is the clients responsibility to call in to a group meditation on Skype session at least 10 minutes before the session has started to check that all are present and can connect to the session.

4. Payment wil be be made via PayPal or BACS.

5. Tarot readings will be recorded either via Skype or a microphone on a lap top, and sent direct to the client after the session. Recordings will be deleted within 48 hours. It is the clients responsibility to save their own recording and Pure Harmony MBS take no responsibility for any lost recordings.
